The Winter 2025–26 issue of AreaArte offers a journey through territorial identity and cultural heritage. From the Civic Museums of Treviso to restorations connected with Antonio Canova, through the nineteenth-century reinterpretations of the Middle Ages, the magazine weaves together historical memory and a contemporary perspective. Significant attention is given to Padua Urbs Picta, a UNESCO World Heritage Site deeply rooted in the urban fabric, as well as to projects that transform the landscape into a place of creation, such as Arte Sella. Alongside masters of the past, the magazine gives voice to contemporary Venetian artists, cultural associations and educational institutions active at a local level. What emerges is a widespread cultural landscape shaped by conservation, research and experimentation, strengthening the identity of places and the bond between communities, art and territory.
