Customization and Production Techniques

Thanks to one of the world’s largest machine fleets in the label sector, the Labels division offers solutions that combine weaving, printing, and finishing integrated into a single supply chain. A key element is customization: in addition to yarns and techniques (woven, printed, and even smart versions), it is possible to define colors, formats, folds, and finishes according to the brand’s project.

For knitwear – where the hand feel of the garment and the fluidity of the fabric are essential – custom labels ensure a harmonious and discreet result: modifying the standard dimensions, custom cutting, and precise finishing allow for perfect integration with the garment.

Production is entirely Made in Italy, using natural yarns (including cotton and silk certified OEKO-TEX®) as well as recycled polyester.
Through a complete range of finishes – side folds, pointed folds, leaflet folds, tubular construction, or customized laser shaping – Mion ensures labels perfectly calibrated to the garment model, without compromising on aesthetics and quality.
