Aware of the industrial heritage left to him by his father Edoardo, he lives his role as an entrepreneur and his job with commitment, dedication and a strong sense of responsibility, which he transfers to all his collaborators, to whom he asks for as much commitment and to have always clear in mind their own goals.

Always up-to-date on fashion phenomena, cultural events and new technologies, Niccolò is in constant contact with its network of agents, with its customers and also its competitors, of which he studies markets and products. From this derive the ideas that he loves to share with his collaborators, aware that this continuous exchange is fundamental for the company’s growth.

He loves to keep fit, but his greatest passion is music, which he “lives” playing the electric guitar with his band, performing in clubs all over northern Italy.
