Customized plastic seals for Brand guarantee and identity. Mion Plast is dedicated to the production of customized plastic seals for the fashion, design, jewellery and cosmetics industries. Our seals guarantee authenticity, tamper-evidence and a strong visual impact. Each product is made in Italy using injection moulding technologies.

How to choose the most suitable seal?

Customized plastic seals serve specific functions of recognition and Brand identity guarantee:

Authenticity seals

Standard or
custom formats

We offer 28 basic models and the possibility to develop customized designs. The standards are ready-to-use, optimized shapes for string assembly.

The customs allow the creation of original designs, specifically engineered for injection moulding. Both solutions ensure accurate reproduction of logos, writings, shapes and textures.

Customisation

Materials

Virgin polystyrene, recycled polystyrene or bioplastic: the choice depends on your Brand’s philosophy. We offer over 130 standard shades, with the possibility of developing custom colours from sample or Pantone scale.

Finishes

Matte or glossy, soft-touch or satin, enhanced with metallic foils, embossing, varnishing, pad printing or digital printing. Each seal is designed to maximize the logo and reinforce the visual identity.

Strings and Tapes

The seals are combined with strings and assembled with the hangtag. To enhance the Brand identity, Mion Plast offers a wide range of materials: polyester, recycled polyester, cotton, recycled cotton, paper, cellulose, elastic, available in various shades.

Tapes can be customized through:

Jacquard, to reproduce decorative patterns and detailed woven logos
One-colour screen printing for faithful continuous reproduction of writings and logos
