YARN IN RECYCLED POLYESTER

Stopping the introduction of new plastic into the environment is the goal that led Mion to undertake the process of replacing its entire yarn warehouse, made up of about 250 colours between weft and warp, with recycled polyester. The raw material obtained from the recycling of PET bottles has a chemical structure and a physical behavior identical to the “new” polyester. This makes it possible to maintain the peculiar characteristics of Mion woven labels, with a completely eco-sustainable product and with GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certification.
