The choice of printing technique varies based on the type of substrate, the desired effect, and the specific requirements of the client.

Screen Printing

Screen printing allows for solid colors, precise details even in small sizes, and high resistance to washing.
In the production process, we use:

• Water-based inks, for sustainable products free of harmful solvents.
• Organic-derived inks, obtained from processes that turn waste into pigments.
• Plastisol inks, ideal for high coverage and glossy finishes.

All materials used are safe, compliant with European regulations, and ensure consistent performance over time.

Foil Stamping

The application of foil through the screen printing process allows for elegant metallic effects.

This technique enhances the graphic design of the label and adds shiny reflections that increase its perceived quality.

Heat Transfer

Water-based heat transfers offer wide application versatility on labels and trims.
They are available in various finish options:

• Soft Touch, for a soft and velvety surface.
• Glossy, for a shiny and defined effect.
• Matte, for a uniform and opaque result.

For the sports and activewear sector, we also produce highly visible reflective heat transfers.

All transfers used comply with the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Class I, ensuring safety and environmental compatibility.

Sublimation Printing

Sublimation printing allows for the reproduction of complex graphics and high-definition photographs, with intense colors and smooth gradients.

It is performed on 100% recycled and certified polyester fabrics, ensuring color brilliance, durability, and resistance to industrial washing.

Ideal for projects that require detailed images and great creative freedom.

Coordination and Customization

Mion printed labels can be produced in standard formats or made to measure, with custom cuts and folds depending on the garment or accessory. Thanks to our technological flexibility, we create custom clothing labels that reflect the unique identity of each collection and provide dedicated solutions such as customized accessories for bags and leather goods.

Our printing department ensures precision, color consistency, and production repeatability at every stage. Upon request, labels can be combined with custom trimmings and specific products such as labels for knitwear, creating a cohesive system for product identification and enhancement.
