Purpose of the processing: The personal identifying data collected from the interested party, website user, are the subject of processing and are processed and used directly for the following purposes: creating an account for using the tools: Mion Virtual Tour to book an appointment and visit our company; Mion Collections to request our collection catalogs; Mion Shortcut to access our web ordering system; Mion B2B to allow authorized vendors to place online order withdrawals for customers using the stock service; Mion Color Gear to simulate real-time color tests on your fabric products; sending our newsletter. The personal data provided through the account creation form will be processed to allow the user to access and use the tools. The collection of personal data subject to processing is essential to fulfill user requests and register the account. Legal basis for processing: Personal data are mainly processed to follow up on a user's request and subsequently for contract execution, credit management, and more generally, the relationship arising from the contract and to pursue a legitimate interest, provided that the latter does not override the fundamental interests or rights and freedoms of the users. In general, such legitimate interests may exist when there is a relevant and appropriate relationship between the Data Controller and the interested party, for example, when the interested party is a customer of the Data Controller.
